"As a working mom, my days are filled with chores and driving kids to different classes. It is difficult to find a large chunk of time to work out. Sam is totally in tune with my situation and needs, and could customize a program that works for me.
She is very creative with her work out routine. So even when she was pushing me to new limits, it was fun. She is warm, patient, and motivating. An hour to 90min of work out with Sam would easily fly by. I never thought I would say a hard workout is enjoyable, but it is.
I love the mix of work out exercises plus boxing. Boxing is something new for me, but I am addicted to it already!
Sam is very professional and takes healthy living style seriously. Besides fitness, she is knowledgeable about nutrition too - and will inspire you to keep a healthier fitness and eating habit, in a realistic and sustainable way.
Sam comes to my home to train. This works out very well for me as a busy mom. Not only does it save me time to travel to a gym (which I am sure will be excuses for skipping some work out days), it also makes me realize I could work out at my own home, even when I have only 20-30min at home.
She creates workout “homework”, which I can do on my own at home, or when I travel that fits with my lifestyle and schedule. I started seeing some result after working out for two months with Sam. I highly recommend Sam to anyone who is interested in getting healthier and fitter."

"I found Samantha to be very friendly, patient and encouraging... which suits me because I definitely do not like the drill sergeant type! She spent more than 2 hrs with me in my first session! She established a baseline based on her assessment of my current fitness level and customized the workout session accordingly.
She came with a rolling suitcase full of equipment, so you don't need to have any equipment at home. I found that she was very creative with her workout routines and adds a fun twist to even the most basic of workout steps. For example, instead of a regular (boring) plank, she does the "clapping" plank where you clap (with her) with alternating hands while doing the plank! 😀
Another thing interesting about Samantha's workout routine is that she incorporates boxing into the workout (which is optional if you don't care for it). I was initially not sure about the boxing part but decided to give it a try... and surprisingly, it was quite fun! She provided the wraps and gloves and she holds the pads for punching.
I have signed up to work out once a week in my house. She'll also give me "homework" -- a customized workout routine for me to do on my own. She seems pretty flexible and is willing to work around my busy schedule, which is a big plus!
Samantha is fun to work with. She is also very knowledgeable and professional about health and fitness."
