- Submit Get Active Questionnaire
For your first session, please make sure the following:
- Wear comfortable workout clothing
- Wear indoor workout shoes
- Bring boxing gloves (optional)
- Bring boxing wraps (optional)
- Bring Towel
- Bring Water
- Yoga mat (if we are working out at home)
