Workout of the week - May 30, 2021
- Run one lap around the park ( to community garden and around the playground)
- Warm up 1: Squat for 20 seconds, Squat Jump for 20 seconds - Repeat for 2 mins
- Warm up 2: Jog in place for 20 seconds, High Knee for 20 seconds - Repeat for 2 mins
- Warm up 3: Push up for 10, Jumping Jacks for 10 - Repeat 3 times
- Round 1: 1-2-1-2 for 30 seconds, Punch out for 30 seconds - Repeat for 2 minutes - Rest for 30 seconds
- Round 2: 1-2-1-2 for 30 seconds, Punch out for 30 seconds, Repeat for 2 minutes - Rest for 30 seconds
- Round 3: 1-2-1-2 for 20 seconds, Punch out for 20 seconds, Repeat for 2 minutes - Rest for 30 seconds
- Round 4: 1-2-1-2 for 20 seconds, Punch out for 20 seconds, Repeat for 2 minutes - Rest for 30 seconds
- Round 5: 1-2-1-2 for 10 seconds, Punch out for 10 seconds, Repeat for 2 minutes - Rest for 30 seconds
- Round 6: 1-2-1-2 for 10 seconds, Punch out for 10 seconds, Repeat for 2 minutes - Rest for 30 seconds
- Abs 1: Bicycles for 20
- Abs 2: Crunches for 20
- Abs 3: Plank - tap your shoulder for 20
